Do you want to be a part of the change?

We want to know about your needs, experiences and concerns about health and social care services. We want to hear about it, no matter how big or small, good or bad! Based on what you tell us we then work with the organisations involved to help improve the service for others.  Come out and help decide where we focus our efforts this upcoming year.

On Tuesday 25^th February we will be at the Thamesgate Shopping Centre in Gravesend from 2 pm - 4:30 pm listening to your stories.
