The highlights
We'd had lots of great moments last year but here are a few key highlights. In 2020 - 2021 we;
- made it easier for D/deaf people to get a translator when they visit East Kent hospitals
- ensured people get the right support at Covid testing centres
- found a solution for parents who needed to change their children's mental health medication
Thank you!
Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to pick up the phone, drop us an email, or text. We've heard from more people than ever before. All of you have shared your stories of using Kent's health & social care services. You told us what's good and what's not so good.
We've been able to use your stories to help improve services for other people.
Please don't stop sharing your stories with us. Without you, we couldn't make any difference!
