2,395 people came to us this month either to tell us their experience of using health or social care services, or seek information.
People contact us about a whole range of issues and we always try to help.
One example this month was a call from John who had been waiting for three weeks for his blood test results. He was getting increasingly worried and stressed.
We spoke to the practice manager at John's GP surgery and they arranged to speak to him to resolve the issue.
John now has his blood test results and is feeling much better.
