The NHS in Kent & Medway are looking to hear feedback from people who have had experience of end of life care services. They want to learn from your feedback to inform a new strategy to help them improve the care offered to people.

The NHS wants to hear your story and understand what matters most to you at that time.

They are also looking for people to join them in a discussion on May 17th to further discuss the issues. Feedback from both the discussion and the survey will be used to inform their new End of Life Care strategy.
