About this event
Get the chance to meet various organisations which support people who have dementia.
Organised by Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust, this event will give you the oppotunity to chat to people from a range of services, learn more about Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friends programme and hear first-hand experiences from someone living with dementia.
There will also be tea, coffee and light refreshments provided by students from the award winning dementia cafe The Oasis Academy, which is on the Isle of Sheppey.
